After reviewing different property management companies we decided on Paramount Destinations because they were so comfortable to work with, thorough and family oriented. Since then they have proven to be a perfect choice. People renting our house have also expressed the same feelings. They are up to date with technology, very responsive and so friendly. When we rent in OBX in Corolla we always turn to Paramount Destinations. They make the process easy with their online program and they are there to assist with any questions we may have. Lorena and the staff take care of us and help us find exactly the type of home we are looking for to make our vacation the best as they have in the past years. Best management company we have ever worked with. They made the whole process of finding us the perfect summer vacation home seamless and enjoyable. The wonderful old Nags Head cottage with a beautiful view of the ocean was perfect for our family! We loved the wrap around porch. The access to the beach is unmatched to any other place we could have stayed. We so enjoyed the solitude and tranquility of the private beach access. Loved that it was located in the historic cottage district and conveniently located to all our needs. Thank you so much for a memorable vacation. We will definitely come again and stay at the LANE BEACH HOUSE.
I have rented in the Outer Banks for 20 years and never had a bad experience except with Paramount realty this past year. They took over the property where I usually stay and we were greeted at the front door with a huge box overflowing with dirty laundry from the previous tenants. They left 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 bathrooms and when I called to complain the girl said I could book with another company in the future if I wanted! In 20 years I have never had a bad experience till Paramount!
