I will never rent a home through them again and advise you to never as well. The house we stayed in had several mouse traps set. This was not initially a real concern but one night the temperature dropped and mice were everywhere. On all 3 levels of the house. On the furniture, in trash cans, ran across my pillow twice, on the counter tops eating our food. The amount of mouse dirt everywhere was appalling! We went to them with our concerns of this mouse infestation and requested there be some retribution. It is going on 3 weeks & we have heard nothing from them. I reached out with 2 emails so far and got a "we're working on it reply" It should never take this long to put a refund on a card. Absolutely unprofessional and very disappointed in Corolla Classic Vacations!!!
Beautiful house with clean pool & hot tub and easy access to the beach. There is also walkable access to shopping, Historic Corolla Park, Lighthouse, Whalehead Club, Wildlife Education Center and the Sound. Would definitely stay again!
Nice house in a decent location. Easy walk to beach complex shuttle. Nice location for walks along Sound front path. The bedroom configuration itself has a nice layout for multiple families.
Our stay at Eden Found Barack house was awsome!!! The house has every amenity needed to make a beach vacation a success. The home was very clean and exactly as described in Corolla Classics on line description. We can't wait to return.
We just stayed at By The Sea for a week. We have stayed here the past several years and love the house. The owners take care in providing a lovely home and allowing us to bring along our dogs which is great. Corolla Classic Vacations is very attentive if you have any needs while on vacation. We have already booked our vacation next year and can't wait to return.
We actually really like the location and configuration of the house, it was unfortunate that it had not been as well maintained as we had hoped.
Unfortunately, their is a spider infestation at this house that needs to be dealt with immediately. None of the outdoor features (Hot Tub, Grill, deck furniture, outdoor shower, etc) were usable the entire trip, due to the hundreds of spiders located everywhere you turned. The inside of the house had similar spider issues, as every single member of our family was bitten multiple times while staying there. When my children turned on the bathtub faucet two spiders came scurrying out of the faucet. The toilet in that bathroom was also broken and ran continuously. They did not use that bathroom again the entire trip. Also, the house needs to be cleaned much better between guests. There were black dog hairs everywhere, to include on the bed sheets. We do not have a black dog. We even found dog hairs on the coffee table, this should be an easy wipe down area. There were also cobwebs all over the house. Behind the TV in main room is completely covered. There are no lights in the laundry room which made for some difficulty sorting clothes. On the second to last day it rained pretty hard for 24 hours, when we went down to the bottom level it was flooded. The water covered the floor entirely. Not sure how often this occurs, however that needs to be fixed also.
