Vacationed at a house managed by Brindley Beach. An overgrown shrub protruding into the driveway allowing me to park underneath the house ripped the front bumper off of my car as I backed out. This happened day 1. Found a great auto body place that was able to fix in 4 days. Cost $1400. No car for 4 days. Made mgt aware. They said "not responsible".
Our home was as exciting as the pictures made it look! Catch a Breeze was a perfect fit. We had 10 adults and 6 kids. Everyone had their own space, and it accommodated as very well! The pool was amazing!! having a little grassed backyard also was great! The house had everything we needed from cornhole, horseshoes, to pool and beach toys/chairs. Definitely would stay here again!
Love our house, dislike Brindley!! When we came, the bath mat in the master bedroom was SOAKING WET, and all bath mats smelled like mildew...clearly they hadn't been cleaned. I spent my night after driving 8 hrs laundering all of the bath mats. The next day, we tried the hot tub, only to find that it was 92 degrees and wouldn't heat up. I called Brindley right before close of business and the woman told me she would try to send someone out to look at it either before 5 that evening or first thing the next morning...no one showed. In fact, we waited until 1:00 pm and decided to call Bri Daley back...NO ONE ANSWERS the phone!!! We tried as several times that afternoon and finally decided to stop in. The woman sent someone out, who apparently didn't know what they were doing because they were on the phone receiving instructions walking him through the steps. The third day, and the spa still didn't work. Called and left numerous messages...no one has,returned our calls yet. It's now 2 days before we leave, and I'm so fed up. I loved our house and it's not the owner's fault. I'd like to write a note to the owner not to use Brindley again. We've been coming here for 20 years, and the best rental company has been Village Realty...they have the best customer service and aren't too big to answer your questions. Avoid Brindley like the plague!!
We have been renting from Brindley Beach for about 10 years now and have always had nothing but great, friendly service, and clean houses. One year we rented 3 different houses from them 3 weeks in a row and they let us put our food in the refrigerator at the rental company place while we moved from one house to another. We have had several maintenance issues over the years that have been met with fast, efficient service. Last week we rented "License to Chill" and everything was clean and in working order. I will continue to rent from Brindley for many years to come.

Everything was super easy with this rental process! I loved the searching options when we were trying to find the best home for the week with Brindley Bonus (their vacation planning tool). This allowed our whole family to to add properties to our favorites list and then we were able to vote on the properties in here and message each other.
We just rented keep smiling, a big house plenty of room, well equipped. And great service from brindle beach. We will definitely be renting from you again. Thank you for making it so easy, a Great time was had by all.
