Resort Realty is a group of people who make sure you and your family have a wonderful vacation time and time again. We just completed our 2nd year using Resort Realty and it was absolutely painless! I have zero complaints about them and they are a wonderful group of people. Last year we had minimal issues with our rental property and they took care of it immediately. This year, it was worry free vacationing and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Corolla this year.
Next year, a bigger and better house is in our plans! Don't hesitate to use Resort Realty, their online housing selection is great, the staff is friendly and it's seriously a painless experience all around.
This past August 4 families stayed at Noden's Mooring. When we arrived it looked like the grass hadn't been cut in weeks, the trash was overflowing, there was food and drink stains on the walls by the sliding glass door to go outside, etc. We contacted maintenance and they sent someone out that day to try to clean the stains off the walls. It took about 3-4 days for someone to come and cut the grass, and the trash was not dealt with until the 5th day. We had issues with alot of nail pops on the decking around the pool, which maintenance did come out and try to work on. The gate going from the home to the walkway was broken. Maintenance came out to reattach it and the next morning it was lying on the ground again. But the worst thing that we dealt with was when only one of the air conditioners was working. The left side of the house was cool, but the right side-including the common living/kitchen area and 3 of the bedrooms had no air. The manager came to the house to see for himself and told us that if it could not get fixed that night they would have window air conditioners brought in for the bedrooms. Well, the air did not get fixed and no window air conditioners were brought out. I called repeatedly to find out when we would get air and finally someone came out the following afternoon. We asked the manager in person and the woman on the phone for some sort of reimbursement for this situation and we were told they would get back to us. Nothing. We got back from vacation and I received an email survey, which I truthfully responded to-no response. I also sent a letter to Resort Realty 2 weeks ago with a spoon that we had unknowingly brought home with us, no response. I am truly disappointed in the lack of professional courtesy and customer service shown by Resort Realty and would not recommend them. The least they could have done was acknowledged our request.
