We rented a kayak and were in the remote beach access area so we had to drive into town to pick-up the kayak. When we got it to the house, the kayak was taking on much water -- which makes it much more difficult to manipulate. Identified the kayak had a crack, called and they refunded our money but would not deliver a replacement. We rent kayak's yearly on our beach outings and would never rent from this place again. Find another rental company is my recommendation.
The employees were nice, until I brought back the kayaks. Watch out for their disclaimer on their contract they have you sign. They unloaded the kayak from my vehicle and dropped it, thus completely breaking off my mirror off my brand new car. This was on the 2nd day of vacation. They had me fill out a complaint form, but in the end they wouldn't pay $1 towards a new mirror. Oh yeah, and the ocean kayak we rented took on a lot of water, so we had to constantly drain it.
Rented a grill. Easy pick up. Easy drop off. No problems.
