I went for a one hour massage and had a fantastic experience. I am uncertain how the previous receptionist and staff were. But, everyone seemed genuinely polite and kind natured. Thank you to Jessica and the entire staff.
Best massage I have had since a cruise. The receptionist was great, maybe a new receptionist? Will visit again!

My boyfriend and I had a couple's massage booked for Saturday afternoon and the traffic from kitty hawk to Corolla was so bad that it would have taken us and extra hour than the hour we had already allocated for travel. We lost out on our massage and money so please beware of traffic before booking your appointment. We called to plead our case and the receptionist blamed it on us for not staying in Corolla. Since that money was lost anyway, we inquired about a discount for a later time and we're told our only option was to pay full price, again. I don't fault them for the traffic, but I do fault them for the lack of customer service and understanding.
