One of the excellent amenities in the Outer Banks. Fresh produce, higher-end beer and wine, large and well-curated selection of brands, lots of open registers, and a spotless and organized store. We could certainly make do with Food Lion, but HT is great.
This grocery store is a great addition to the greater Corolla area but in the summer time it is constantly crowded during peak hours (naturally) but in an almost unbearable sense. It's best to get here super early or much later in the evening. Like all Harris Tweeters, you're going to have a higher quality of meats and produce. I also hear they pay a decent wage for employees which would assist in having a friendly staff. The restrooms are always clean and there's plenty of parking. However, I do wish there were more trees in the parking lot to provide a nice shade while parking. Can't have everything, I know. Overall, great store, prime location. Shop on!
Nicely stocked, clean and lots of varieties. The produce is great. Staff is friendly. Prices are a bit high but we are at the beach so that is to be expected I guess.
